What a Hummer Should Look Like

So for those of you who don't know I have a new car. I loved my truck very much and I am now trying to sell it. It will actually be a sad day when I part with my truck however I do have to get rid of it. Well if I do get a really good price then it won't be all that sad.

Now I am driving a 2008 Hummer H3 and I have to admit that I absolutely love this car. It drives amazing and I just think that it is the coolest thing since Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. Now I do have something to say about the H3 and the H2 and H1 for that matter. I think that all Hummers should be off the road sometime in it's life. There are so many Hummers that you can tell just by looking at it that those tires have never left the asphalt. My Hummer on the other hand I am proud to say does leave the asphalt, mostly for my work. This is what my H3 looks like when it does go off road and I think that more Hummers should look this way.

Now I know that this still looks clean but I can assure you that I am going to get some comments from my Dad (my boss) about why this looks so filthy. After all this is a company car.

I also love the feeling of my 4 wheel drive at work. I know many people with 4 wheel drive will never have to use it. I believe in 4 wheel drive and I think that it is a lot of fun having to use it. I have been in I think two situations so far in the three weeks that I have had this H3 where I know I could not have made it in my Tacoma with 2 wheel drive. Bottom line My H3 is fun and I love it.

Next 4 wheel adventure I hope to go on soon is the snow. I need to go snowboarding bad.

House Centipede

Now it is a funny day at work when your receptionist and your sister in law (our accounting department) finds this guy in our office. He was about 2 inches long and I was the one that was lucky enough to have to catch this thing and let him go outside. This picture was taken after I set him free outside of the office. Now you would think with all of those legs that this little critter would be quite fast. Well you were right. This thing moves so fast and was running all over the place. Luckily for the ladies in the office I have Superior bug catching skills. I have never seen a bug like this before so I looked it up and it is actually called a House Centipede. These guys eat mosquitoes, ants, and spiders. After I let him go outside I began to think that this would actually be a really useful friend to have around the office. I then read that there natural habitat are indoors and you don't really find them outside. I now feel bad that I might have placed this little friend of mine outside in a completely foreign land. I probably killed him by putting him out there. I really feel terrible about it. To think we could have less spiders, ants, and mosquitoes in my office!!! RIP my little friend. I will name you Charles.

My Handygirl

So I have been trying to talk my niece Zoey out of doing construction. She really is good at it but I think that she could do so much more like maybe be a veterinarian or an astronaut or something. Maybe she could work at Wahoos and hook an Uncle up. She is a funny girl and I thought that you all should know.

Command Strips

Have you ever used these? Well they supposedly stick onto your wall and are easily removed by applying pressure in a downward fashion. 3M's claim is that they will not harm the surface that it was applied onto and will leave no residue. Well I wish that 3M wasn't a liar. After taking down our Christmas decorations the miraculous 3M Command Strip not only took off the paint but it also took off the outside layer of the drywall. I hate Command Strips now.
