Blindside - Our Love Saves Us

 

Blindside is a post-hardcore band from Tumba, Sweden. They formed in 1994 as Underfree and kept that name for two years before releasing their debut EP in 1996.

Back in June, Swedish rockers Blindside released With Shivering Hearts We Wait, their first full album in almost 6 years.

In comparison to past releases, With Shivering Hearts We Wait has some more poppy elements but with a techy twist into the mix. It's more upbeat than past releases, and vocals are purer and not so heavy.

Todays tune "Our Love Saves Us" is the new video from Blindsides latest album, "With Shivering Hearts We Wait", which was released in June, 2011.  Keeping with the theme of the cover art and the teaser, the video features a mother and a daughter running through the woods trying to find each other. Regarding the video, the band stated, “We had a lot of fans asking on Facebook for a video, so we made one! The internet has changed the dialog you have with your fans which is great. We have a good friend Marcus von Boisman who is a great film maker and together we worked up this idea of facing fear and finding love.

Black Veil Brides - Knives And Pens

Black Veil Brides is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The group is composed of Andrew Biersack ("Andy Six") (vocals), Ashley Purdy (bass, backing vocals), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jeremy Ferguson (guitar, violin) and Christian Coma (drums). Black Veil Brides are known for their distinct appearance, mainly being inspired by Kiss's infamous stage persona as well as numerous 1980s glam acts.

"We Stitch These Wounds" is the debut studio album by American post-hardcore band Black Veil Brides, released through StandBy Records on July 20, 2010. Three of the songs ("We Stitch These Wounds", "Knives & Pens", and "The Mortician's Daughter") on the album were rerecorded, having been previously released.
