tAKiDA - Haven Stay

We wrote about a Tent tour that was going on with Europe and tAKiDA, around this time a journalist here in Sweden that wrote some horrified shit about tAKiDA and their members. It was so damn terrible, he wrote that the singer sings like he have the down-syndrom. Its kinda unprofessional to write something like that, I mean there is nothing like bad music its just different kinda taste.



There were lots and lots of people that went against this, specially a lady from a Swedish blog named Kulturbloggen (its on Swedish) thats really good.

Ah well, I wanted to tell tAKiDA that: Fuck that journalist and do what ure doing and do it more and more and it will surely kill the suppression!


Ure good, not my favorite but ure good and u play and sing with feeling!

Europe - Rock The Night

Yesterday the Swedish band Europe and Takida had their tent tour arriving to Stockholm.
I came a bit early to se Takida, but unfortunately i missed them. But when I was standing at backstage and talked to some friends, guess who came into backstage entrance.... Joe Bonamassa, Derek Sherinian and some of their touring crew.

Joe took a chat with Joey Tempest (the singer in Europe) and later Derek went out in the crowd and took a peak on Europes gig, I couldnt resist so I walked to him and told him how awesome their gig was the day b4 (Black Country Communion on Tuesday) He asked what my name was and then he said Greeeeaaat Im pleased to meet u Erica :D and shaked my hand.

Europe begun their first song, they have had a problem altroughout the tour with the electric so the sound just broke after the first minutes, then the crew was running around and changed a electric part, then it rolled on again. It use to break in the middle of "Final Countdown" but not today ;)

Anyway, on the last tune Joe Bonamassa entered the stage, John Norum and Joe B started to play it was awesome!! I really like John Norum as well.

Europe - Only Young Twice

The Swedish band Europe are currently doing a tent tour with another Swedish band called Takida at the moment in Sweden.



If ure unsure about Europe thats the band that played "final Countdown" 1986.
Back then I wasent that huuge fan of em but im not like some that never give a band a chance after they reunion again, the first album was damn good, next was damn good and the third next was also darn good :)



I have a good suprise to you all Europe fans:
